Warranty Information

🛡️ Important Notice

This warranty applies only to products sold directly by Feskozy. Products sold through affiliate partnerships (marked with retailer badges) are covered by the warranty policies of the respective retailer, not by Feskozy's warranty.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Feskozy warrants that products sold directly by Feskozy will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials (e.g., premature wear, material failure)
  • Defects in workmanship (e.g., manufacturing defects, assembly issues)
  • Non-conformity with product specifications
  • Failure to function as intended under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
  • Damage from improper installation or assembly
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, bulbs) unless defective at time of purchase

Warranty Remedies

If a product is found to be defective under this warranty, Feskozy will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of the same or equivalent model
  • Refund the purchase price of the defective product

If the product is no longer available, Feskozy may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer service team at support@feskozy.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name and model (if applicable)
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase

Step 2: Evaluation

Our team will review your claim and determine if it is covered under this warranty. We may request additional information or photos to help evaluate the issue.

Step 3: Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary) and will process the repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us, unless otherwise specified. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for one (1) year thereafter. The warranty period is not extended by any repair or replacement.

If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY FESKOZY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FESKOZY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FESKOZY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

FESKOZY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
