This policy applies differently to products sold directly by Feskozy versus products sold through affiliate partnerships. Please read carefully to understand which policy applies to your purchase.
Products Sold by Feskozy
For products sold directly by Feskozy (products without an affiliate badge), the following return and refund policy applies:
Return Window
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
- Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@feskozy.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. If you received a defective item or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items that have been personalized or customized
- Digital products or downloadable content
Affiliate Products
Important: Products sold through affiliate partnerships (marked with retailer badges such as "eBay") are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective retailer, not Feskozy's policy.
When you purchase a product through an affiliate link on our website:
- You complete your purchase directly with the retailer (e.g., eBay, Amazon)
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled by the retailer
- You must contact the retailer directly for any return or refund requests
- The retailer's return policy, timeframes, and conditions apply
- Feskozy is not responsible for processing returns or refunds for affiliate products
How to Identify Affiliate Products
Affiliate products are clearly marked on our website with:
- A retailer badge (e.g., "eBay") displayed on the product card
- A notice on the product page indicating it's an affiliate product
- A "Buy on [Retailer Name]" button instead of "Add to desk"
If you need assistance locating the retailer's return policy, please contact us at support@feskozy.com and we'll be happy to help direct you to the appropriate resources.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item from Feskozy:
- Contact us immediately at support@feskozy.com with photos of the damage
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if a return is necessary
- We will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost
Note: For defective affiliate products, you must contact the retailer directly. We can assist you in locating their customer service information.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've confirmed receipt of your return:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@feskozy.com
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items, provided they meet all return conditions.
