This shipping policy applies to products sold directly by Feskozy. Products sold through affiliate partnerships (marked with retailer badges) are subject to the shipping policies of the respective retailer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and verified.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier and service level will be selected to provide the best balance of speed and cost.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Tracking: Included with all orders
  • Insurance: Included for orders over $100

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery:

  • 2-Day Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional fee applies)

Expedited shipping is not available for all products or destinations. Available options will be displayed during checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders under $50, standard shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping Destinations

United States

We currently ship to all 50 states, including:

  • Continental United States (lower 48 states)
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)

Shipping times and costs may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Additional delivery time should be expected.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and U.S. Territories. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Peak shipping seasons

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@feskozy.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@feskozy.com. We can only modify shipping addresses if the order has not yet been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately, depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

If items are shipped separately, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by specific dates.
